Lamb Chops

Lamb Chops

Savory, fragrant and tender! These lamb chops are easy to make and are sure to impress. Use this versatile marinate on other proteins as well!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce or tamarin

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • Approx 2 lbs rack of lamb

  • 2 tbsp OLive oil

  • 1 tbsp garlic mince or garlic powder

  • 2 tsp dried chopped rosemary, or 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

DIRECTIONS

  1. If your ribs haven’t come pre-sliced, cut your rack of lamb between each bone to make lollipops

  2. Combine all remaining ingredients. Add lamb and marinade for at least 30 minutes

  3. In a wide skillet, heat 2 tbsp oil on medium-high

  4. Lay ribs down in a single layer to sear for 3 minutes depending on thickness 

  5. Badge with extra marinade liquid before flipping. Sear for another 3 minutes

  6. Serve immediately. Pairs great with green hot sauce or tart yogurt sauce
