Lamb Chops
Savory, fragrant and tender! These lamb chops are easy to make and are sure to impress. Use this versatile marinate on other proteins as well!
INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp soy sauce or tamarin
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Approx 2 lbs rack of lamb
2 tbsp OLive oil
1 tbsp garlic mince or garlic powder
2 tsp dried chopped rosemary, or 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
DIRECTIONS
If your ribs haven’t come pre-sliced, cut your rack of lamb between each bone to make lollipops
Combine all remaining ingredients. Add lamb and marinade for at least 30 minutes
In a wide skillet, heat 2 tbsp oil on medium-high
Lay ribs down in a single layer to sear for 3 minutes depending on thickness
Badge with extra marinade liquid before flipping. Sear for another 3 minutes
Serve immediately. Pairs great with green hot sauce or tart yogurt sauce
