Blender Bulgogi
Almost no chopping or dicing required, let the blender do the work! Minimal effort with a huge payout, try it yourself this weekend. We’d love to see your take on it!
INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
1 tsp black pepper
2 whole scallion so
1 scallions thinly sliced
1.5 lbs ribeye beef thinly sliced
1/2 white onion
6 cloves garlic
1/2 Korean pear or apple
1/4c soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
Put everything into the blender, except for meat and sliced scallion
Blend until smooth. Pour sauce onto meat, toss and marinate for 20+ minutes
In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of oil. Add meat and all the marinade juices. Simmer on medium heat. Stir occasionally
The color will start to darken. Simmer until sauce has almost fully reduced and meat has a deep brown color
Remove from heat garnish with sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds
Serve with rice and kimchi
