1 cup milk alternative of choice, Yakult or Kefir
1/2 cup frozen or fresh berries
1/2 cup citrus fruit, papaya -or- pineapple -or- more berries!
1 cup packed fresh spinach or 1 tbsp spirilla powder
1 tsp turmeric
TOPPINGS
1/4 cup nuts (hazelnuts pictured)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup of citrus (grapefruit pictured)
1 tbsp cocoa nibs -or- extra dark chocolate
