  • 1 cup milk alternative of choice, Yakult or Kefir

  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh berries

  • 1/2 cup citrus fruit, papaya -or- pineapple -or- more berries!

  • 1 cup packed fresh spinach or 1 tbsp spirilla powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric

TOPPINGS

  • 1/4 cup nuts (hazelnuts pictured)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup of citrus (grapefruit pictured)

  • 1 tbsp cocoa nibs -or- extra dark chocolate
