Blue Beer-garita

Unique cocktails are one of the best things about the fair. Cold, refreshing, and berry, beery delicious!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 handful blueberries (fresh -or- thawed)

• 1 shot tequila -or- rum

• Approx. 10 mint leaves -or- two sprigs

• 12 oz light beer of choice

• 2 lime wedges

• 1 tsp sugar -or- agave

DIRECTIONS

1. In the bottom of your glass, muddle/mash blueberries, mint, sugar/agave,  and juice of 1 lime wedge

2. Add in tequila/rum

3. Pour in beer

4. Garnish with remaining lime wedge
